At the Stars of Export Award Ceremony organized by the Aegean Exporters' Association, Musa Alper Uçak, the General Coordinator of Uçak Kardeşler, received the award from his father Hayrettin Uçak, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters' Association. The Uçak Kardeşler company, which is also the export champion of Turkey in its sector, exports the fresh fruit and vegetables it processes to more than 50 countries in its facilities and warehouses in different locations including İzmir, Manisa, Antalya, Mersin, Isparta, Samsun and İstanbul. Hayrettin Uçak, the Chairman of the Aegean Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Exporters' Association, who personally presented his son Musa Alper Uçak with his own hands at the ceremony, said, "It is a very special feeling for my son to receive the award from my hand. It is truly a proud and honoring event."

At the EİB 'Stars of Export' award ceremony held in İzmir, awards were given to 56 companies from the Aegean Region that export the most in their sectors. The ceremony was attended by the Chairman of the Turkish Exporters Assembly İsmail Gülle, İzmir Governor Erol Ayyıldız, Security Director Hüseyin Aşkın, Aegean Exporters Associations Coordinator Chairman Jak Eskinazi, İzmir Chamber of Commerce Board Chairman Mahmut Özgener, Assembly Chairman Selami Özpoyraz, İzmir Chamber of Shipping Branch Chairman Yusuf Öztürk, İzmir Commodity Exchange Vice Chairman Ercan Korkmaz, Aegean Exporters Associations Board Chairmen and award-winning company executives.
